Apple is making waves in the fitness world with the largest expansion of its popular Apple Fitness+ service since its launch five years ago. Starting December 15, 2025, the award-winning workout and wellness platform will roll out to 28 new markets, more than doubling its reach and bringing guided sessions to millions more users worldwide.
This massive update includes key regions like India, Singapore, Hong Kong, Chile, Taiwan, the Netherlands, and many others across Latin America, Europe, and Asia. Japan will join the lineup early in 2026. Once complete, Fitness+ will be available in a total of 49 countries and regions.
AI-Powered Dubbing Makes Workouts More Accessible
What sets this expansion apart? Apple is leveraging generative AI to dub hundreds of workouts and meditations into new languages, ensuring users feel the same motivation from their favorite trainers.
- Digitally dubbed content launches in Spanish and German on December 15.
- Japanese dubbing arrives with the Japan rollout in early 2026.
These dubs use AI-generated voices modeled directly on the real voices of Fitness+’s 28 trainers, preserving their energy and tone. New dubbed episodes drop weekly, and users can easily switch languages mid-session or set a default in the app settings.

Fresh Features: K-Pop Workouts Join the Mix
To keep things exciting, Apple is adding K-Pop as a brand-new music genre across all workout types. Pump up your HIIT, yoga, or strength sessions with hits from global K-Pop stars – perfect for adding extra vibe to your routine.
Jay Blahnik, Apple’s VP of Fitness Technologies, shared his enthusiasm:
“Through its seamless integration across Apple devices, Fitness+ has helped inspire users to live a healthier day. We couldn’t be more excited to bring this experience to even more users around the globe with our biggest expansion yet.”
Fitness+ shines brightest with an Apple Watch, showing real-time metrics like heart rate, calories, and Activity Rings on screen. It’s also available on iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV – no Watch required to get started.
